Zak is an Architectural Technologist (BA(Hons)) and director of DeVis Architecture, with a desire to provide premium architectural design and first-rate customer service. Having led residential & commercial projects through the concept, planning & technical design stages for a number of London practices and private clients, he has accumulated a profound knowledge of the processes and UK legal requirements to see a project through from initial consultation to completion.

Lina is a qualified architectural designer (MArch) and planning consultant (MA Town & Country Planning) with an eye for detail and passion for high-quality design. Having worked on residential and mixed-use projects throughout the UK as a part of several award-winning architectural practices, she has adopted a wide range of skills and thought-processes to craft excellent results. She is passionate about creating innovative and sustainable design solutions that cater to the needs of our clients.
