This project involved substantial extensions and an internal refurbishment of a property in Richmond, London, transforming an outdated house into a stylish, modern family home.
We worked closely with the client, exploring various materials to help them visualise the design possibilities and refine their preferences. 3D visuals played a key role in the planning process, allowing the local authority to clearly assess the proposal and confirm minimal impact on the neighbouring properties.
The result is a contemporary addition that complements the period property. By keeping all alterations at the rear, the original front façade remains untouched, preserving the street scene and the home’s heritage character.
